More specifically, this is Sacred Beast Form of Tornadus...obviously. 
Why couldn't this just be Tornadus' only forme? Its normal form is weird...And that goes for the other two similiar Pokemon. Their Sacred Beast forms are WAY better than their normal forms. But that's just my opinion.
Out of the three, Tornadus has the best Sacred Beast form, so I decided to draw it for the first time.
(Perhaps I made the tail too long now that I look at it, but oh well. XP)
Tornadus (Pokemon) belongs to Nintendo/Game Freak
